Do you have problems with mildew and moisture in your home after a renovation? That can only mean one thing: your house really needs some ventilation! During renovation work, we use insulation to make our homes as air-tight as we can. Completely closing gaps and splits reduces the need for heating. The disadvantage of this type of alteration, however, is that moisture can’t escape and becomes trapped in your home. With decentralized ventilation, you improve the internal climate and eliminate damaging moisture. We will tell you how you can tackle moisture problems after renovation with decentralized ventilation D60.
Decentralized ventilation D60 is an ideal solution after renovation work. You don't have to demolish anything to install the system. Furthermore, the D60 is also suitable for retrofitted insulation. The installation only requires one intervention, i.e. hanging the ventilation unit on the inside of an external wall. Air ducts, which are needed for system C or system D, are not required here. Fresh air is sucked in, and dirty air and moisture are removed in one single unit. The system does not take up much room.
Despite the fact that you only need one unit, the D60 has a very high ventilation capacity. The unit is also compact and can be painted. If you paint the unit in the same colour as the walls, it will almost disappear into its surroundings. It is also very quiet when running and offers optimum energy-efficiency when it comes to heat recuperation. This decentralized ventilation unit also carries an A energy rating, with an A+ sensor.
The D60 ventilates per room so you only need to make limited investments in ventilation and that’s a real bonus after an expensive renovation project!
