What is BIM? How does it work?

BIM is an online software platform into which all parties can input their information on the building project. The architect uploads the plans and provides information about the materials, techniques and so on. Data on the planning and phasing are also included. And all of this information – handily assembled in one place - can thus also be consulted simultaneously by all parties.
